Here are a few things youʼll need to know before we depart:

• This form DOES NOT guarantee you a spot on this trip...only an Adventure Consultant can do that. But what it does do is reserve your spot in line until an Epic Adventures Consultant can get a hold of you...provided we can get in touch with you within the next three business days, and believe me, weʼll be trying.
• While on route to your destination, youʼll often be dealing with airlines, or custom agents which is why it is extremely important that you fill out this information as accurately as possible, including full legal names as found on your driverʼs license or passport. Rest assured that an Adventure Consultant will be going over everything with you, including Cancellation Policy, Deposits and Payment Schedule, Pre and Post Trip Arrangements, etc. so if you have any questions, you will have the opportunity to ask them, and update any information in this form.

• A $500 deposit is required to secure your place on this Epic Adventure and an Adventure Consultant will instruct you on how to make that payment once all other details have been checked off the list.
